Returns Policy
• No returns or exchanges: Due to the nature of research peptides, SARMs, and other supplements, we cannot accept returns once the product has been shipped.
• Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution where appropriate.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are issued for order errors or damaged items upon verification.
• Out-of-stock items: If a product is out of stock and we do not expect to restock it within two weeks, you are eligible for a refund. If the item will be back in stock within that timeframe, we will notify you and offer to ship once available.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, misuse, or failure to follow proper storage/handling instructions.
Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
