Return and Refund Policy
Melbourne Metabolic Peptides (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing high-quality research compounds and ancillary products. Due to the nature of our goods, strict return and refund conditions apply to ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance.
1. Research-Use Only Products
All products sold by Melbourne Metabolic Peptides are strictly for Research Use Only. They are not intended for human consumption, clinical use, or therapeutic application. By purchasing from our store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.
As such, once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot accept returns based on changes of mind, incorrect product selection, or any reason relating to intended human use.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:
The item received was incorrect (different from what was ordered).
The item received was damaged during transit.
The item is defective upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue. The product must remain unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Peptides, SARMs, injectables, vials, cartridges, or any consumable research compounds once shipped.
Items that have been opened, used, or had their packaging compromised.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling, incorrect storage, or misuse.
Any item purchased accidentally or where the customer changes their mind after ordering.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued only after the item has been inspected and verified by our returns team.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Orders delayed by couriers, postal services, or customs.
Mistaken delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Failure to correctly store peptides or research compounds after delivery.
5. Replacement Policy
If an incorrect or faulty item is confirmed, we may offer:
A replacement product at no additional cost, or
A store credit of equal value.
Replacements are issued only after verification of the issue.
6. Shipping Costs on Returns
If the mistake was ours (incorrect or faulty item), we cover return shipping.
If the customer is found to be at fault (e.g., incorrect address, misuse), shipping costs are not reimbursed.
7. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or incorrect delivery if the customer’s shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
Customers should contact the courier directly to lodge an investigation.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been packed or shipped.
Once dispatch has occurred, cancellations are not possible due to the nature of our products.
