I ordered this product and paid for it on 15th August 2025 and never received it. No shipping update, still says processing. I have tried contacting the company several times and different methods. Heard nothing back from them. No communication, no update, nothing. Previously had no issues with this company. Lost all trust and won't be purchasing from here again.
I was sent 2 invoices 31561 & 31562 2 vials on each invoice but only received 1 in invoice 31562 but charged for 2
